Thanks for your patience! Life got busy, I rewrote some things, but we should be back on track now. What would YOU order from the TrueCaterer? I'd probably end up with something like... I dunno... tikka masala flavored sushi or something. That sounds interesting and slightly less disgusting than some other things you could make.
