About CorpSet
You are a scientist within a laboratory within TrueCorp, everyone's favorite science and technology corporation! Don't think too hard about how you got here.
CorpSet is a sci-fi, comedy and horror webcomic driven by reader interaction. Initially started as a simple goofy forum adventure paying homage to the styles of MS Paint Adventures like Homestuck and Problem Sleuth, it quickly took on a life of its own and is now a full-fledged story that fleshes out some of the mysteries surrounding the infamous TrueCorp. It started in April 2016 and was completed July 2019.
Unlike more traditional webcomics, CorpSet is comprised of animated gifs, text-based narration, and dialogue in the form of chat logs. It is 369 pages long, concluding with a flash-animated finale and followed by a 5 page epilogue. While it was running, it was interactive in that most pages were directed by reader-submitted suggestions and commands, so much of the story was improvised along the way. The original reader commands can be seen any time the "next page" link describes an action for the characters to carry out. To advance the story, click on the large link below each page, or use the left/right arrow keys on your keyboard.
